Overview

Who It's For

Leantime is built for teams who need robust project management without the complexity. Designed specifically with neurodivergent users in mind—including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism—it delivers enterprise-grade capabilities through an accessible, intuitive interface.

What It Does

Leantime unifies strategy, planning, and execution in a single platform. Manage tasks through kanban boards, Gantt charts, tables, lists, and calendar views. Track goals and metrics, build business canvases, conduct SWOT analyses, and manage sprints. Knowledge management features include wikis, idea boards, retrospectives, and file storage. All features support comments and discussions, fostering team collaboration.

Deployment & Integration

Deploy on your own infrastructure with PHP 8.2+ and MySQL 8.0+, or use the official Docker image. Integrate with Slack, Mattermost, and Discord. Extend functionality via plugins and API. Enterprise features include LDAP/OIDC authentication, two-factor authentication, granular permissions, and support for over 20 languages. All features are included in the open source version.
